Booking a job with CYFRA LLC, trading as St Johns Home & Auto, means you accept the following.
Estimates and price
Prices shown on this site and produced by the calculator are estimates based on what you tell us. We confirm the exact price by text before starting. Once we begin, the agreed price does not go up. If the job turns out bigger than described, we tell you before starting and you decide whether to go ahead.
Payment
Payment is due when the work is finished. No deposit and no card held on file.
Cancellation and rescheduling
- More than 24 hours ahead — free, no questions.
- Less than 24 hours ahead — we ask for 50% of the quote, because the slot was reserved for you.
- Outdoor work cancelled for rain or weather — always free, either side.
- Nobody home and no access on arrival — treated as a same-day cancellation.
Access, water and power
For cleaning and pressure washing we use your water supply and a standard power outlet. Pressure washing in particular uses a significant amount of water. You are responsible for giving us safe access to the property and to a working outside tap and outlet.
What we do not do
Roof cleaning, screen-enclosure and pool-cage cleaning, paver sealing, work above ground level, mold remediation, and moving heavy furniture or appliances. If we judge something unsafe or outside our scope, we say so and skip it rather than risk your property.
Condition of surfaces
Older concrete, pavers and paint can already be damaged, stained or failing before we arrive. Cleaning reveals such damage but does not cause it. Where we can see a risk — loose joint sand, flaking coating, soft timber, existing rust — we point it out before starting and you decide.
If we get it wrong
Tell us within 48 hours and we come back and put it right at no charge. If we damage something, we will say so ourselves and make it good. Our liability for any single job is limited to the price of that job, except where the law does not allow that limit.
Photographs
We may photograph our own work before and after. We never photograph people, personal documents or the inside of your home for public use without asking you first, and you can say no at any point.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
