Who actually shows up?
The two of us — a husband-and-wife team. Not a rotating crew, not a subcontractor. That is the whole point of this business.
Is the price on the calculator the final price?
It is a firm estimate. We confirm the exact number by text once we see the job, before we start. It never goes up after we begin work. If something takes longer than we judged, that is our problem, not your invoice.
Do I have to call anyone?
No. Pick a time online and you are booked. We confirm by text. We are usually on a job with our hands full, so a call often goes unanswered — a text always gets a reply the same day.
How do I pay, and when?
After the work is done, never before. No deposit and no card on file. We will tell you the accepted methods when we confirm.
What are your hours?
Monday to Saturday, 9:00 to 2:00 and 3:30 to 10:00. The middle of the afternoon is blocked because of the school run. Sundays we are off.
How far do you travel?
Across St Johns County and Jacksonville. If your area is not on our list, text us anyway — if the schedule lines up, we come.
Do you work with businesses, not just homes?
Yes, all three services. Offices, storefronts, rentals, dealership and fleet vehicles.
Cancellations and rescheduling?
Text us at least 24 hours ahead and there is no charge at all. Inside 24 hours we ask for half, because that slot was held for you and cannot be refilled. Rain cancellations on outdoor work are always free.
Are you insured?
General liability coverage is being put in place as we launch. Ask us for the current status when you book and we will tell you straight — we will not claim cover we do not have.
Something went wrong. What then?
Tell us within 48 hours and we come back and fix it at no charge. If we damaged something, we say so ourselves and make it right.
