This site is operated by CYFRA LLC (“we”), trading as St Johns Home & Auto, a cleaning, auto detailing and pressure washing business in Florida.

What we collect

What you give us: your name, phone number, email, service address and any notes you type into a form or send us by text.
Booking details: the service, date and time you choose, and the estimate the calculator produced.
Basic technical data: our host records standard server logs. The price calculator runs entirely in your browser — those choices are not sent anywhere until you press a button.

We do not collect payment card details on this website. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Why we use it

Only to quote, schedule and carry out work you asked for, to confirm and remind you about appointments, to invoice, and to answer you when you get in touch. That is the whole list.

Text messages

Booking with us or giving us your number means you agree we may text you about your job — confirmations, reminders, running late, and the quote. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies with your bookings.

Reply STOP to any message to stop them, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not cancel your booking; we will reach you by email or phone instead. We do not sell your number and we do not send marketing texts to anyone who has not asked for them.

Who else sees it

Only providers that make the business run: our scheduling and CRM system, our website host, and our email provider. They process it on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone. We disclose it otherwise only where the law requires.

How long we keep it

Customer and job records as long as needed for the work, warranty and tax and accounting obligations. Enquiries that never became a booking are cleared out once they are plainly stale.

Your choices

Ask us for a copy of what we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email info@cyfra-llc.com and we will action it. Some records we must keep for tax purposes even after you ask; we will tell you if that applies.
